This relatively short and compact Solidago along with S. flexicaulis is an ideal species for woodland restoration projects. Leaves are long, slender, toothed & pointed. Small clusters of yellow flowers appear in late summer at the axils and at the end of the bluish coloured stems. Attractive to pollinators.
